Boasting about one’s accomplishments is required to add credibility. However a trainer takes even greater pride in the accomplishments of clients. Why is it that so many of the celebrity originators attempt to cash in on an idea or something that worked for them? Why do they not duplicate their operations and create multiple branches, thus duplicating the profitability from their present operation? Because success cannot be copied. It must be created. You can borrow a piece here or there but in the end it must be your own creation. About Ron, the Manager/Owner
Ron has owned and managed several mortgage and real estate companies. Additionally, he has developed and sold a national net branch mortgage company, multiple Century 21 franchises and other ancillary companies. Ron is a business executive who knows how to design an organization for value and equity. He has always been able to look into any business, examine how the current infrastructure and marketing programs work and have the skill and knowledge to immediately implement. More importantly he understands how to establish an infrastructure that supports and aligns the back end activity which the front end (marketing) should produce.
