Do not judge presenters by how eloquently they speak, how funny they are or the magic tricks they perform. Judge them by their content. Analyze the content and more importantly do not be impressed with their resume or accomplishments. Judge them by what others accomplish as a result of the relationships they have with your peers and know how to separate an OPINION from tangible RESULTS!
